Integration Purpose
The integration ensures that your product catalogue—including SKUs, pricing, units of measure (UoM), descriptions, and images—is always up to date and accessible to Eversource customers. This not only saves time but also enhances order accuracy, streamlines workflows, and strengthens supplier-customer relationships. These integrations are real-time connections, when a customer places an order, it is instantly pushed to your system.

We offer multiple integration pathways, accommodating the systems and processes you already use. These include:
Manual Connections
Suitable for suppliers who prefer straightforward data uploads with infrequent catalogue updates. Provide your catalogue information in supported file formats, and we’ll take care of the rest. We require you to use a specific excel template, provided below.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Perfect for suppliers with established EDI systems. We’ll integrate with your preferred EDI standards to automate data exchange. These systems are often legacy, but do a suitable job of connecting the two systems for the purpose. These connections often send cXML file types.
Application Programming Interface (API)
Ideal for suppliers with API capabilities, enabling real-time, dynamic catalogue updates and transaction handling.
